• Access to the client portal is limited to authorized business clients who have an active service agreement with E2E Data Solutions.
• User accounts are created and managed by our team during the onboarding process; public registration is not available.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contactus@e2edatasolutions.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Services in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or networks.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of our software or content without permission.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or other disruptive technologies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any behavior that violates these Terms or disrupts our operations.

4. Client Data

Data uploaded or shared through the client portal (“Client Data”) remains the property of the client. We process Client Data only to provide our analytics and reporting services, as outlined in your client agreement and our
Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide complies with applicable data protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software on the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, reports, and analytics tools — are owned or licensed by E2E Data Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content without express written consent from E2E Data Solutions.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party vendors or integrations (e.g., analytics providers, hosting platforms, marketing tools) to deliver parts of the Services. Your use of such features may be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.
